“Uratti “, the first and the most popular play by Manoj Kana. “Uratti” projects before us the real life of the tribal people at Wayand in Kerala (India). This masterpiece was generated from his 10 years life experience with this tribal population. “Uratti” is described as the revolution of hunger by the patrons of theatre and drama acts. All thehe casts of the “Uratti” were tribal people. “Uratti” is thus a legend in all means.

“Pattini Maranam”(Death by Hunger”)

It was a travelling drama campaign through various villages of Kerala. The journey was from Wayanad to Trivandrum. The play made great effects in the mid of the audience. They supported the campaign a lot.

“Onnam Prathi” (The First Accused )
